A meeting with an expert from the Woodrow Wilson Center was held at the Institute for Advanced International Studies

On February 15 of this year, the Institute of Prospective International Studies at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and the American Council for International Education organized a roundtable discussion with the participation of American Woodrow Wilson Center expert Jennifer Turner.

At the meeting participated research fellows and experts of the Institute for Advanced International Studies, doctoral students of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, as well as the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the International Institute of Central Asia, the Information and Analysis Center of International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the "Strategy Development" Center, the Academy of Sciences Specialists of the Institute of Oriental Studies.

At this meeting, J. Turner briefly introduced the participants with information about the Woodrow Wilson Center. At the same time, the expert made a presentation on cooperation between the US and China in the fields of ecology and "green energy", China's transition from production that causes environmental degradation to "green, clean energy", its achievements and shortcomings.

At the end of the meetings, the American expert J. Turner, the Institute for Advanced International Studies, established mutual cooperation between the relevant departments (Center for Sustainable Development, Energy Geopolitics, and the Center for American Studies) and the Woodrow Wilson Center, held joint events together, carried out scientific projects, and collaborated with the participation of experts in prestigious journals made an offer to prepare scientific articles.
