During the discussion, American students expressed their opinion about the commitment of the population of Uzbekistan to learning foreign languages. Discussing the multilingualism of the population, questions were considered about the role of minority languages (Tajik, Karakalpak) in Uzbekistan and the policy pursued by the state to promote the study of these languages.
The students emphasized that with the election of Shavkat Mirziyoyev, there has been rapid growth in attracting investments in various sectors of the country’s economy. One of the students noted the achievements of Uzbekistan within the framework of anti-corruption policy, which has a positive effect on Uzbekistan’s accession to the WTO. In addition, Uzbekistan’s commitment to a multi-vector foreign policy creates favorable conditions for mutually beneficial cooperation with all partners.
