Aziza Mukhammedova took part in an international academic conference organized by the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies (ISRS). The conference brought together experts and researchers from different parts of the world to discuss regional integration, sustainable development, transport and energy connectivity, and the transformation of the Eurasian space amid global changes.
In her presentation, Ms Mukhammedova focused on evolving patterns of regional connectivity in Central Asia and the role of Afghanistan in shaping sustainable linkages between Central and South Asia. She addressed issues related to infrastructure corridors, institutional coordination, and the need for a comprehensive approach to managing complex cross-border processes.
The participation of an IAIS representative highlights the Institute’s active engagement in international expert dialogue on regional connectivity, sustainable development, and security.
