2007 National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek (bachelor), 2009 graduated master's degree. 2010-2018 - worked as a researcher, senior researcher, chief researcher at the Institute of Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 2018-2020 - Head of the Department the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 2021 - t.n. - PhD student of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. Also, Since October, in 2022 he has been working as the head of the HR Department of the Institute for Advanced International Studies.

His research interests include contemporary Chinese foreign policy in Central Asia, SCO, China’s Soft Power policy, BRI and AIIB. More than 15 scientific articles have been published in various leading local and international journals.
