Saida Saidkhanova is the Head of the General Department for Human Resources. She graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy with a degree in “International Relations” and holds a master’s degree in “Practical Political Science.” She began her professional career at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, where she worked for many years as a senior specialist, gaining significant experience in academic and organizational management, human resources, and educational process support.

Since early 2024, she has headed the General HR Department at IAIS, where she is responsible for implementing HR policy, improving internal administrative processes, and ensuring effective coordination among the organization’s structural units. In addition to her primary duties, she coordinates the doctoral program, fostering the scientific potential of young researchers and organizing the educational process for doctoral students.
