IAIS Deputy Director Odil Gafarov, Leading Research Fellow Mushtariy Usmonova, and Madinakhon Alimova held a meeting with Dr. Marc De Vore, Senior Lecturer at the School of International Relations, University of St Andrews.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on current trends in international relations, regional security, and prospects for developing academic and expert cooperation. Special attention was paid to strengthening dialogue between research institutions and expanding opportunities for joint analytical work.

The sides also discussed possible formats of future cooperation, including joint research initiatives, expert discussions, academic exchanges, and lectures for students and researchers. The meeting contributed to further strengthening IAIS’s international academic partnerships.
