We are pleased to announce the official launch of SDSN Uzbekistan, the National Network of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN).

Co-hosted by the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) and the Institute of Macroeconomic and Regional Studies (IMRS), SDSN Uzbekistan aims to bring together academia, think tanks, government, and other stakeholders to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through research, innovation, and collaboration.

UWED will serve as the focal point for academic activities within SDSN Uzbekistan, while the IMRS, together with the Institute for Advanced International Studies (IAIS), will serve as the focal point for the Network's analytical and policy-oriented activities.

In the coming months, priority efforts will focus on:
- establishing the Leadership Council
- launching thematic priority areas
- expanding the national network of member institutions and partners
- organizing the official launch of SDSN Uzbekistan
- developing the Network's first two-year work programme.

We warmly invite universities, research institutions, development organizations, and partners across Uzbekistan and beyond to join us in advancing evidence-based solutions and collaborative action for a more sustainable future.
