The Institute for Advanced International Studies (IAIS) at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy is inviting qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of logistical support services within the framework of the “Modernizing Uzbekistan National Innovation System (MUNIS)” project.

In 2024, IAIS was awarded a Public Research Institutes Modernization Program (PRIM) grant under the MUNIS project, with the goal of strengthening institutional capacity for sustainable development, international trade, climate and energy diplomacy, and regional policy dialogue. As part of the project implementation, logistical support is required to ensure the smooth delivery of key activities under capacity building, strategic planning, knowledge exchange, and community engagement pillars.

The selected supplier will be responsible for:

• Procurement of airline tickets for international and regional itineraries.
• Booking of hotel rooms for project participants in Tashkent.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Legally registered entity (e.g., Travel Agency, Destination Management Company) with a valid business license.
• Minimum one year of experience providing corporate travel management and hotel booking services, preferably for international organizations, NGOs, or large corporate clients.

Interested suppliers should submit a company profile and detailed cost tables for airline tickets and hotel rooms as specified in the Terms of Reference.
