He graduated Bachelor's degree from the branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M.Gubkin in Tashkent in the area "Economics and Enterprise". Mr. Soliev J. is a Manager of the Business Development Department of Uzbekneftegaz JSC. Participated in many strategic projects related to the oil and gas sector, in particular, participated in the issuance of Eurobonds of Uzbekneftegaz JSC in the amount of 700 million USD in the London Stock Exchange.
