The University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) and the Institute for Advanced International Studies (IAIS) are pleased to invite you to the next Frontier Talks expert lecture: “China’s Next Chapter: Domestic Transformation and Global Engagement” — an online session dedicated to one of the defining questions shaping today’s global geopolitical landscape.
The lecture will be delivered by Dr. Frank Maracchione, a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the School of Politics & International Relations, University of Kent (UK), and a Visiting Research Fellow at IAIS within the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies. Previously, he served as a Senior Researcher at Global Partners Governance (London-based NGO), contributing to a project on China–Central Asia relations. He completed his PhD at the University of Sheffield (UK) with a dissertation titled “Amir Timur in Shanghai: Locating Agency in Uzbekistan–China Relations”.
