Biography

The IAIS Volunteers Club is an initiative within the Institute for Advanced International Studies (IAIS) at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED). Designed for passionate students eager to explore international relations, diplomacy, and global economics, the club offers a structured pathway into research and policy analysis. Under the mentorship of IAIS experts, members participate in real-world projects, contributing to analytical reports, policy briefs, and academic publications. This hands-on experience helps students develop essential skills in critical thinking, data analysis, and diplomatic writing while gaining exposure to contemporary global issues.

Beyond research, the club fosters a vibrant intellectual community by organizing seminars, workshops, and guest lectures featuring prominent scholars and policymakers. Members also assist in coordinating IAIS events, such as conferences, roundtables, and simulations, providing networking opportunities with professionals in the field. By bridging academic theory with practical engagement, the IAIS Volunteers Club prepares students for future careers in international affairs, offering a unique blend of mentorship, skill-building, and professional growth within Uzbekistan’s leading hub for diplomatic studies.
